This one's from a refill Sherry butt. G&M's sister cask (x Bourbon) was described as "Stunning" in Jim Murray's 2021 Whisky Bible. At near 60%, expect something pretty special from Cask 306618 - an altogether more feisty Caol Ila, with added richness and perhaps a nod to its peppery cousin on Skye.
