Our Tasting Notes
Nose: Fresh citrus and bold earthy peat smoke notes at first, marshmallow biscuits with desiccated coconut and creamy caramel sauce. Wonderfully layered peat smoke throughout.
Palate: Malted barley and rocky road with floral notes of heather, orange zest and plenty of earthy peaty notes tie everything together.
Finish: Creamy caramel, sea salt and peat smoke with floral notes of garden herbs and honeysuckle.
