The sound of Jura’s northern strait is home to the Gulf of Corryvreckan: a notorious whirlpool lying in wait for the unwary. The Sound is matured in American White Oak ex-bourbon barrels and enhanced by a sweet finish from hand-selected fifteen year old Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks.
