Nose: Mildly oaky. Almost a whiff of smoke right at the start. Mineral notes. Reminds me a bit of Tobermory in style on the nose.

Taste: Medium body. Fizzy ginger, simple syrup. Lots of ripe apples and pears.

Finish: Medium long finish. Much the same all the way. Added fresh, green herbs. Mint in the end.
