A pursuit of pure and unadulterated sake brewing. We have bottled freshly pressed, unfiltered, raw sake without any modifications. By uncompromisingly applying the oldest traditional techniques from Iwate Prefecture, we have achieved a perfect balance of refreshing ginjo aromas and rich rice flavours. This junmai ginjo sake offers a delightful experience of fruity scents reminiscent of grapes and white peaches, along with a luscious sweetness.
