To commemorate the Japanese origin of our Mizunara casks, we worked with multi-award-winning Japanese illustrator Yuko Shimizu 清水裕子 for our label design. Yuko Shimizu 清水裕子 incredible illustration captures the essence of our Rare Cask Mizunara by connecting the unique history of Mizunara oak coopering in Japan, with Tasmania’s very own Kunanyi (Mt Wellington).
